Ahead of the UP elections 2022 which is going to kick off from Thursday, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched the Congress manifesto 'Unnati Vidhan Jan Ghoshna Patra-2022' for the polls. This manifesto has been prepared by senior Congress leaders Salman Khurshid and PL Punia analyzing the public issues. This is the third part of the Congress manifesto. The notable promises made by Congress in its manifesto include waiving off farmers' loans, electricity bills, Rs 25,000 to Covid-affected families, 20 lakh government jobs. Watch this complete video.
