Queensland corruption watchdog wants increased independence

Queensland's crime and corruption commission has backed calls from the state's integrity commissioner for greater independence to stop political interference. A number of current and former public servants have detailed integrity concerns within the Queensland government with the state's former archivist alleging he was pressured to alter annual reports.
