Karnataka Hijab row: Why did HC aksed for Quran?

A protest has erupted between students wearing saffron shawls and the Hijab outside a college in Karnataka ahead of the high court hearing. Hearing the matter of the hijab ban in some junior colleges, the Karnataka High Court said that it will go by the Constitution and not by emotions. High Court also asked for a copy of the Quran during the hearing. Watch.
