Gaming Tokens Make More Gains

As the world of cryptocurrency touches many parts of the global economy, gaming tokens are making gains as players turn to crypto for in-app purchases or choose to invest in gaming tokens that seem to be on the rise. Topping the list of gainers is Decentraland, rising more than 8% overnight and gaining nearly 30% in the last 7 days. The Sandbox rose more than 2% overnight and picked up more than 21% in the last week while Axie Infinity gained almost 15% in the past 24 hours and more than 40% in the last week. Why are they moving? Axie Infinity was the largest intraday gainer among gaming tokens, and intern notes from a recent article on Season 20 indicate that the game is making some major changes, giving its token some built-in intrigue. For its part, Gala Games announced new weapons and bodies for its PvP brawler known as SpiderTanks, causing the token to gain more than 75% in the last week. Finally, a guild known as Quest Gamers said it was joining the Enjin ecosystem to build the Efinity parachain on the Polkadot network. As part of the announcement, the guild noted that blockchains are like cities, and you should “live and build in cities that share your values.” At press time, Enjin Coin was trading at $2.07, up more than 4% in early activity.
