Goa में 14 February को होने वाले चुनावों के लिए सभी राजनैतिक दल जोर शोर से चुनाव प्रचार में जुटे हुए हैं, इसी कड़ी में शुक्रवार दोपहर Congress leader Rahul Gandhi Goa पहुंचे.डाबोलिम अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर राहुल गांधी का स्वागत किया. एयरपोर्ट पर उतरने के बाद वे सीधे डोर-टू डोर कैंपेन के लिए निकल पड़े. इस मौके पर राहुल गांधी के साथ Senior leader P Chidambaram भी थे.
