In case situation permits, schools and colleges across Odisha should be reopened in graded manner and not all at once. Speaking to media, state Health Services Director, Bijay Mohapatra on Tuesday (Feb 1) said the government has allowed observance of Saraswati Puja in schools across the state, and there is a possibility that very soon they might release a notification regarding the reopening of educational institutions as well.
