Recently, TRAI, (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has issued a new order that helps prepaid users get relatively cheaper plans. The authority has made this move to address the piling concerns of users regarding the prepaid tariff plans that have only 28 days of validity or its multiples.

टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) यानि कि TRAI ने बड़ा फैसला किया है। TRAI ने ऑर्डर जारी करते हुए टेलीकॉम कंपनियों (Telecom companies) को 30 दिन का प्रीपेड प्लान (prepaid tariff plans ) लॉन्च करने के लिए कहा है. ग्राहकों की बढ़ती मांगों और शिकायतों पर ध्यान देते हुए टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के लिए ये महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश जारी किया है। जिसके मद्देनजर ट्राई ने कहा है कि कम से कम एक प्लान पूरे महीने वैलिडिटी वाला रखना होगा. यानि कि 30 दिन वाला।
