As many as 50,812 people tested positive for Covid-19 in Kerala on Saturday. In the last 24 hours, eight deaths due to Covid-19 were reported in the state.

Along with these eight deaths, the state health department also reported 86 deaths that are reported late due to lack of documents and 311 deaths that are added as per the reconciliation efforts ordered by the Supreme Court. This takes the total Covid casualties in the state to 53,191.
