Federal government allocates $50m to boost Koala population

The federal government will invest 50-million dollars in the protection and recovery of koalas over the next four years. The Prime Minister says the investment will restore habitat, improve understanding of populations, support training in treatment and care, and strengthen research into health outcomes.
