Railways had recruited more than 35 thousand posts in NTPC. These included the posts of both graduate and non-graduate, including station master and booking clerk. The students allege that graduate students also sat for the non-graduate post, which lowered their chance of passing. The Railway Minister says that according to the Constitution, he cannot stop it.
