BitFuFu to Merge With Arisz

Founded in 2020, BitFuFu was one of the earliest investments for Bitmain. With projected revenue of $330 million for FY 2022, the firm made $100 million in 2021. Offering mining rig hosting, mining rig rental, and customized services for institutions, the platform also plans to expand its cloud mining capacity, reaching a hasrate of 10, with 5.5 being self-owned. As the only strategic partner of Bitmain, the firm holds a 10-year mining hosting agreement that includes global locations and the United States. The merger between Arisz Acquisition ($ARIZ@US) and BitFuFu values the business at $1.5 billion With a hosting capacity of 140MW at the end of 2021, all those involved are bullish about this merger. Clark Du, President of Bitmain, said, “Leo and his team have made remarkable contributions to Bitmain and I have strong faith in his ability to lead BitFuFu to the next level.” Leo Lu, founder and CEO of BitFuFu, said, “Entering this transaction now is the most optimal and strategic timing for enduring rapid growth trajectory and increasing our global footprint in the crypto-mining industry.”
