Balochi Fish Fry

Ingredients:
Fish fillet 4
Vinegar 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds (roasted, crushed) 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander seeds (roasted, crushed) 1 ½ tbsp
Gram flour ½ cup
Lemon juice as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Caraway seeds 1 tsp
Yellow color a pinch
Oil for frying
Chaat masala as required
Lemon slices for garnish

Method:
Marinate fish fillet with all the ingredients. Then heat oil and fry the fish until golden brown. Lastly sprinkle chaat masala

and garnish with lemon slices. Serve hot.

Chicken strips 400 gm
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Capsicums (strips) 2
Onions (strips) 2
Oil ½ cup
Boiled rice 3 cups
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander ½ bunch

Method:
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients. Then heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the marinated chicken, cook well. Now add capsicums

and onions. Mix well. Then heat the remaining oil and fry the garlic. Now add rice, chicken powder and ½ cup of water, mix

well. Then add prepared chicken and vegetables. Mix well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Green Chutney

Ingredients:
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Mint leaves few
Green chilies 4-5
Yogurt ½ cup
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Black salt 2 pinches
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind all the ingredients well and prepare chutney. Serve.
