Independent Electoral And Boundaries Commission IEBC In Uasingishu Has Rolled Out New Mechanism That Will Ensure Maximum Voter Registration. Speaking In Eldoret National Polytechnic Uasingishu Iebc Election Manager Jane Gitonga Said The Commission Is Targeting Institutions Where Most Youths Are Found Easily. Gitonga However Urged Youths To Turn Out In Large Numbers To Register And Also Participate In The Fourth Coming General Elections A Sentiment Which Was Echoed By The New Eldoret National Polytechnic Principal Charles Koech. The Commission Also Noted That There Is High Level Of Ignorance And Negative Perception Existing Among Kenyans Who Believe That There Is No Need Of Voting Therefore Derailing The Exercise, Adding That There Is Need For Sensitization.
