He has no ration card, no Biju Health Welfare Smartcard, no house also. The life of a well-to-do man in the village is being cut short by the wall of the house. Not to be outdone, the two-year-old was diagnosed with an undiagnosed disease, such as a rash on the bed. From the local hospital to Cuttack General Hospital, all the resources for the foundation were run out. The doctor said the baby could be cured at a cost of Rs 3 lakh to Rs 4 lakh. But where will the money come from? Eventually relying on God, walked home.

Such a heartbreaking scene was witnessed in Khalmada village of Nuagaon block, Nayagarh district in ODISHA (India).

Ashish, the only child born two years ago in the village of Khalmada, Dalit Sahi Prashant Das and Sunita Naik. He is unable to walk due to spinal cord problem. Although Prashanta spent about Rs 200,000 on his son's treatment at Cuttack Medical and Nirtar (Olatpur), he was brought back to his home due to lack of funds for further treatment.
