Hong Kong pledges improvements at Penny’s Bay after lawmakers slam quarantine facility

The Hong Kong government has pledged improvements at its quarantine facility at Penny’s Bay. The changes were promised after several Beijing loyalist lawmakers and senior government officials slammed a lack of services there after they were sent into quarantine following potential exposure to the coronavirus at a birthday party on January 3, 2022.
