Communications patchy after major cable damaged in Tongan Tsunami

Aid agencies are struggling to communicate with their representatives on the ground in Tonga, two days after an undersea volcanic eruption sparked a tsunami. Care International's Shirleen Ali says satellite phones could be the only way to communicate with their colleagues in the coming weeks.
