Harfang and LaSalle signed a definitive agreement whereby Harfang will acquire the shares of LaSalle

LaSalle shareholders will receive 0.3908 of a Harfang Exploration share, on a pre-consolidation basis, for each LaSalle share, implying a value of $0.0968 per LaSalle share, which will result in the former shareholders of LaSalle holding approximately 35.5% of Harfang’s shares.
