Jharkhand CM Hemant Sorene promises 5 lakh jobs every year and still, youth here is jobless. While 3.29 lakh posts are lying vacant in different departments of the government the youth of the state is roaming about unemployed with their degrees in their hands. Why is there so much unemployment in a state which has 40 percent of the total mineral wealth of the country?
