Sonu Sood's Sister Malvika Joins Congress, Actor Says He Will Continue to Remain Apolitical

Actor Sonu Sood who has branched into social work during pandemic times, was seen alongside his sister Malvika Sood Sachar as she joined the Congress Party in Punjab on January 10. He was photographed with various leaders but skipped the official joining ceremony. Sachar was welcomed into the fold during a ceremony at the Sood residence in Moga, Punjab with Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi. Navjot Singh Sidhu also dropped by the residence to meet the brother and sister.  However, it remains to be seen if Malvika Sachar is given a ticket to contest for the upcoming assembly polls from Moga as the constituency already has a sitting Congress MLA Harjot Kamal.
