As the number of anti-Christian attacks see a rise in various parts of the country, Haryana became a focal point of targeted disruptions and vandalism on Christmas 2021. TheQuint traveled through various districts of the state where Christmas celebrations were stopped and slogans of 'Jai Sri Ram' were chanted. While the Christian community expressed their shock and fear at what occurred, leaders of the Hindutva groups who led these disruptions levelled allegations of "mass conversion" against the community.
