India saw a surge of around 1.8 lakh fresh Covid-19 cases and 327 deaths in the last 24 hours. This is 12.6 percent more than a day ago. After the new case, the number of active cases in the country is 7 lakh 23 thousand 619. Maharashtra tops with 44,388 cases, while West Bengal is at number two with 24,287 cases.
