NHS Confederation urges public to behave responsibly
  • 2 years ago
The chief executive of the NHS Confederation has urged the public to “be responsible in your own behaviour; be responsible in the way you use the health service.” Matthew Taylor said that NHS staff are “exhausted” after two years on the front line against the Covid-19 pandemic. He added: “Sometimes the health service may not give you the service quality that it would normally want to do, but please understand that’s because of the pressures that we’re under.” Report by Jonesia.
