What did Randeep Surjewala say on lapse of PM's security?

Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala, while addressing a virtual press conference on the lapse in security of the Prime Minister in Punjab today, said that for the Prime Minister's security SPG, Central Security Agency, Punjab Police, and even Haryana Police were deployed. The Prime Minister had to go from Bathinda to Ferozepur by helicopter. No route was planned to go by road. When the Prime Minister came to Bathinda, he saw that there was no crowd in the rally and maybe BJP and Modiji could not accept this and hence he decided to go by road to Hussainiwala which is our martyr memorial.
