ABOUT THIS VIDEO- Today I am going to share with you a recipe for Milk powder barfi, doodh ki barfi, doodh ki mithai, It is obtained by removal of water out of milk. The main purpose of the manufacture of milk powder is to convert the liquid perishable raw material to a product that can be stored without substantial loss of quality owing to a low water activity that hampers microbial metabolism, preferably for some years. You can make many many milk powder sweets at home like milk peda, instant milk recipe, milk barfi, followed by my recipe step by step.
