Peshawari Namkeen Chicken Karahi:
Ingredients:
Chicken 750gm
Tomatoes 250gm
Salt as required
Black pepper crushed 2tsp
Ginger sliced as required
Green chilies as required
Clarified butter 1cup
Method:
Heat clarified butter add chicken with salt and fry well. Now add tomatoes and green chilies cover and cook till tender now
add remaining ingredients, lastly add ginger and serve.

Aalu Tikki Scotch Egg:
Ingredients:
Boil potatoes ½ kg
Green chilies 2
Ginger 1tbsp
Salt, pepper, Turmeric 2tbsp
Coriander 2tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Green peas mashed ½ cup
Eggs boil 3
For Coating:
Flour ½ cup
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except boiled potatoes. Then in the boiled eggs add flour, roll it well. Now coat it with
potatoes. Beat the eggs and dip the potatoes. Now coat in crumbs. Heat oil and deep fry the eggs until golden brown. Lastly
cut from the middle and serve.

Kalay Chano Ka Salan:
Ingredients:
Boiled black chickpeas 2 cups
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 2
Chopped green chilies 2
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
White cumin 1 tsp
Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
Oil ¾ cup
Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add chopped onion and green chilies fry well. Also add white cumin and crushed ginger garlic fry well. Add chopped
tomato, salt, chili, turmeric cook well. Add black chickpeas, chicken powder, roasted gram flour and 1-1/2 cup of water cook
till gravy becomes thick. Remove and garnish with green coriander.
