Former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat on Saturday appeared to justify his outburst on Twitter earlier this week. Rawat had hinted at leaving politics in a series of cryptic tweets on Wednesday. On Friday, Rawat participated in a meeting of Uttarakhand Congress leaders with the party' high command.
