Assembly elections are to be held in five states including Uttar Pradesh, Punjab early next year, but before that the risk of coronavirus has increased once again. In view of this, the Allahabad High Court has urged the Election Commission and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to postpone the UP elections and immediately ban the rallies.

उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh), पंजाब (Punjab) समेत पांच राज्यों में अगले साल की शुरुआत में विधानसभा (Assembly Election 2022) के चुनाव होने हैं, लेकिन उससे पहले एक बार फिर से कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) का खतरा बढ़ गया है. इसको देखते हुए इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट (Allahabad High Court) ने चुनाव आयोग (Election Commission) और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Modi) से यूपी चुनाव (UP election 2022) टालने और रैलियों पर तुरंत पाबंदी लगाने का का आग्रह किया है.
