An inquest into the death of a baby boy at family day care has heard that unsafe sleeping practices contributed to his death. A post mortem revealed that the 7month-old Jack Loh suffered from an undiagnosed heart condition, but the coroner found overhwleming evidence that the manner in which he was put to sleep at day care also played a role.
