India has recorded 200 cases of the Omicron coronavirus variant across 12 states, mostly in the western state of Maharashtra and the nation's capital New Delhi, the health ministry said on Tuesday (Dec 21). The country's tally of Omicron cases has nearly doubled within a week, but there have been no deaths reported so far. In less than 40 per cent of cases, patients either fully recovered or were discharged, the data showed. Watch video,

देश में लगातार बढ़ते Omicron के मामले अब खतरे की घंटी का एहसास दिला रहे हैं. क्योंकि अब तक देश में 202 ओमिक्रॉन के मामलों की पुष्टी हो चुकी है. Delhi और Maharashtra ओमिक्रॉन से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हैं यहां Omicron के 54-54 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं. हालांकि Omicron Variant से संक्रमित हुए 77 मरीज ठीक भी हो चुके हैं. अब तक देश के 12 राज्यों में ओमिक्रॉन के मामले सामने आ चुके हैं. देखें वीडियो
