Sharjah Islamic Art Festival conveys 'essence of existence'

Set to run for 40 days at The Sharjah Art Museum, Al Majaz Waterfront, Maraya Art Centre, and other venues around the emirate, the 24th Sharjah Islamic Art Festival addresses the essence of existence. The festival showcases works by 63 artists from 27 countries with about 98 workshops, including the stages of letter coordination, workshops and writing. There is also a workshop on Diwani calligraphy. Sixteen male and female artists from the UAE will be showcasing their artwork. Video by Muhammad Sajjad
