A day after a man was beaten to death for attempting sacrilege at Amritsar's Golden Temple, another man was lynched for alleged sacrilege at Punjab's Kapurthala district. The man was caught on camera being beaten up, with his hands tied up. While the local gurdwara coordinator and residents claim that the man admitted to committing sacrilege, police say his intention was theft.
