Cold is wreaking havoc in Delhi. According to the India Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the capital's Safdarjung area was recorded at 4.6 degrees Celsius, which is three degrees below normal. This is the lowest temperature of this season. Even today the capital is covered in a blanket of fog, even today the average air quality index of Delhi is 290, which comes in the very poor category.

दिल्ली में ठंड लगातार कहर ढहा रही है. भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग के मुताबिक, आज राजधानी के सफदरजंग इलाके में न्यूनतम तापमान 4.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस रिकॉर्ड किया गया जो सामान्य से तीन डिग्री नीचे है. ये इस मौसम का सबसे कम तापमान है. आज भी राजधानी कोहरे की चादर में लिपटी हुई है, आज भी दिल्ली का औसत एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स 290 है जो कि बहुत खराब श्रेणी में आता है
