The Swanley Square shopping centre will be changed forever if a planning development is approved.

Developers U and I have applied to demolish part of the centre in order to build seven blocks, which would be used for residential and commercial space.

Sevenoaks District council originally refused the plans, but U and I have appealed against the decision.
