The Omicron variant of the corona virus has created an atmosphere of concern in India as well and it is spreading rapidly. Omicron has spread to 77 countries so far. Every day new cases of Omicron are coming to the fore. This variant is said to be more dangerous than the Delta. There is panic in the whole world about the new variant. The WHO has warned that Omicron is spreading at a rate that the world has not seen with any previous COVID-19 variant. During a media briefing on COVID-19, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that 77 countries have now reported cases of Omicron.

कोरोना वायरस के ओमिक्रॉन वेरिएंट (Omicron variant) ने भारत में भी चिंता का माहौल बना दिया है और ये तेजी से फैल रहा है। ओमिक्रॉन अब तक 77 देशों में फैल चुका है. हर रोज ओमिक्रॉन के नए मामले (Omicron New Cases) सामने आ रहे हैं. ये वैरिएंट डेल्टा से भी ज्यादा खतरनाक बताया जा रहा है। नए वैरिएंट को लेकर पूरी दुनिया में दहशत है. डब्ल्यूएचओ के महानिदेशक डॉक्टर टेड्रोस ए घेब्रेयसस (WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus) ने कहा कि अब तक दुनिया के 77 देशों ने ओमिक्रॉन वेरिएंट के मामलों की सूचना है. उन्होंने कहा कि वास्तविकता ये है कि ओमिक्रॉन शायद इससे ज्यादा देशों में है. भले ही अभी तक इसका पता नहीं चला है.
