The NT's own sacred sites authority wants a review of a massive water licence at Singleton Station, that would allow up to 40-thousand megalites of water to be extracted from the ground. It follows revelations the agency was not aware of the projects size until well after it had given it the tick and it was only media attention that alerted the authority to the licence's size.
