PM Modi launch Saryu project, paid homage to Bipin Rawat

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the Saryu canal project in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur ahead of the upcoming assebmly elections in the state. The key project is likely to benefit more than 30 lakh farmers in the eastern UP. The project has been built at a total cost of over Rs 9,800 crore. Watch the video to know more.
