Microsoft will bring back its weather widget on the Windows 11 taskbar. It is a feature that originally debuted in Windows 10, providing live weather conditions and quick access to the broader widget and news feed. Windows 11 removed this taskbar integration in favour of a separate widgets panel, though. The weather widget will be displayed on the left side of the taskbar by default or as an additional icon if you have your Windows 11 taskbar aligned to the left. The change is expected to roll out in a Windows 11 update in 2022.
