Najib files appeal at Federal Court over SRC conviction

Datuk Seri Najib Razak has filed an appeal to the Federal Court in Putrajaya against the decision of the Court of Appeal that upheld his conviction and sentence in the SRC International Sdn Bhd case.

Lawyer Wan Aizuddin Wan Mohammed, from Najib's defence team, confirmed the filing was done on Wednesday (Dec 8), a few hours after the decision was delivered.
