Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Gorakhpur is all set to get a Rs 8,600 crore fertilizer plant, to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.PM Modi will also inaugurate the state-of-the-art hi-tech nine labs of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and a hi-tech lab at Regional Medical Research Center (RMRC) located in Baba Raghavdas Medical College in Gorakhpur.
