An Indigenous Land Council and the operator of the world's biggest manganese mine say they have agreed on measures to reduce dust after "concerning" heavy metal levels were found in Indigenous children. The Land Council for Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory says it's been working with the mine to address the problem for eight years.
