'Whoever says that life can't change in a second must give this ouch-inducing video a watch.
Footage shared by Luis Gonzalez shows a reckless girl skating down a ramp without a helmet or proper shoes.
And to no one's surprise, she ends up taking a nasty fall where she hits her head on the ramp surface.
"This one is going straight into the Hall of Meat, no doubt about that," Luis said.
