Half of Victoria's paramedics say they've experienced bullying and discrimination while a dozen say they've been subjected to rape or attempted sexual assault. A damning review by the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Right Commissioner has found an entrenched culture of harassment within Ambulance Victoria.
