The new variant of the corona virus found in South Africa has stirred many countries around the world. The World Health Organization has named this new variant of Corona as Omicron. In India too, the government is on alert regarding the Omron variant. The Central Government of India has issued an alert to all the states regarding this. Soumya Swaminathan, Chief Scientist of the World Health Organization has advised India about how dangerous and effective it can be in India.

South Africa में मिले कोरोना वायरस के नए वैरिएंट से दुनिया भर के कई देशों में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है. Corona के इस नए वैरिएंट को World Health Organization ने Omron variant नाम दिया है. भारत में भी Omron variant को लेकर सरकार अलर्ट पर है. भारत की केंद्र सरकार ने सभी राज्यों को इसको लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया है. भारत में कितना खतरनाक और असरदार हो सकता है, इसे लेकर World Health Organization की मुख्य वैज्ञानिक Soumya Swaminathan ने भारत को सलाह दी है.
