Before the UP assembly elections, BSP supremo Mayawati has suffered another major setback. BSP Legislature Party leader Shah Alam alias Guddu Jamali has resigned from the membership of the party and the assembly. Jamali, an MLA from Mubarakpur assembly constituency of Azamgarh, is the richest MLA in the state and his assets had doubled in his first term as an MLA.

Azamgarh के Mubarakpur assembly क्षेत्र के MLA जमाली राज्य के सबसे अमीर MLA हैं और MLA रहते हुए उनके पहले कार्यकाल में ही उनकी संपत्ति दोगुनी हो गई थी.
