Footage surfacing from Cincinnati shows Logan Essen pulling an Uno reverse card on a little girl who was planning on ringing the filmer's house's doorbell and running away.
"This little girl and her family moved in probably a month ago," Logan said. "Ever since she got here, she has been ding dong ditching us with her dog in broad daylight. So, I decided to catch and scare her and this is how it went."
