Allahabad High Court asked Modi government to consider Uniform Civil Code. The Allahabad High Court has called upon the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Center to implement the mandate of Article 44, which states that the state will try to secure a uniform civil code for citizens throughout the territory of India.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने केंद्र में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली बीजेपी सरकार से अनुच्छेद 44 के जनादेश को लागू करने का आह्वान किया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि राज्य नागरिकों के लिए भारत के पूरे क्षेत्र में एक समान नागरिक संहिता को सुरक्षित करने की कोशिश करेगा.
