Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait on November 21 that he would go to Lucknow today for the Maha Panchayat which is going to be held tomorrow. “Laws have been repealed. The agenda (in SKM meeting today) will be to discuss other issues, including the withdrawal of cases against us and the issue of farmers who died. I will go to Lucknow today for the mahapanchayat tomorrow,” he added.
