Matka Gosht

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 2
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Cloves 8
Black pepper 10
Black cardamom 3
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Flour 3 tbsp
Stock 2 cup
Finely cut ginger for garnishing
Green chilies for garnishing
Green coriander for garnishing

Method:
Pour oil in pan and heat it add onion as it turns out golden brown add chicken, ginger garlic paste, mix well add whole spices, add powdered spices, yogurt cook well, add stock cook almost 10 min add dissolved flour into it again cook for 10 mins dish it out garnish it with ginger chopped green chili and green coriander leaves.



Shaljam Gajar ka Achaar

Ingredients

Turnip slices 1 cup
Carrot slices 1 cup
Salt as required
Fennel crushed 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Ginger & garlic crushed 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Water 3 - 4 cups

Method:
In a sauce pan add water and all ingredients and boil 20 to30 minutes .then add turnip and carrot mix and further cook for 10 to 15 minutes .when turnip and carrot cook .After this achar cool it and then pour in jar .now use after 2 to 3 days .
