Child welfare questioned as 2018 marks record number of Childline calls

The statistics released by Childline show increases of neglect, abuse and bullying amongst the calls made.

The NSPCC's CEO Peter Wanless says children are victims of terrible abuse everyday, including in Kent.

According to the charity, two children face abuse or neglect in every classroom on average.
