Shopkeepers worried new parking charges could kill Thanet businesses

Shopkeepers and residents in Thanet are worried that new pay and display machines in the area could destroy business.

Some residents in the town have called the proposals by Thanet district council a 'highway robbery'.

But councillors say it will bring much needed money into town.
